Information we collect

• Reservation details, including your name, email, phone number, visit date and time, party size, selected area or bed, and notes you choose to provide.
• Booking and payment status, amounts, refund information, and references needed to support your reservation. We do not store your full card number.
• Basic technical information needed to keep the website secure and working, such as request logs and browser or device information provided by our hosting services.

How we use it

• To create, confirm, manage, change, or cancel your reservation.
• To process payments, refunds, and no-show charges described during booking.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, cancellation notices, and service messages.
• To prevent fraud, protect availability, troubleshoot failures, and keep an operational record of staff actions.
• To understand venue activity and improve the guest experience using aggregated operational reporting.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the reservation service: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database and authentication services, Vercel for website hosting, and Resend for service emails. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role and may process data outside Thailand under its own privacy terms.

Storage and retention

We keep reservation, payment reference, audit, and communication records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the venue, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We then delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored in The Door's database.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law or for legitimate dispute and fraud prevention. Contact us using the channel on our Contact page. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Cookies and local storage

The booking site may use essential browser storage for language, interface state, authentication, and payment security. We do not use this reservation site to sell personal information.
