Booking changes
Message us to change the time or guest count, or add another table or bed. Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email only when you want to cancel the entire booking. A change is confirmed only after the team replies.

Please do not send card details in a message. Send only your booking reference, the amount, and the approximate payment time so the team can investigate securely.
